Sartoria Systems was founded in 2026 in Pune, Maharashtra, by engineers who had spent a decade watching good projects fail — not because of bad code, but because of bad architecture. The wrong technology for the problem. The wrong team for the client. A handover that left no one able to maintain what had been built.
We built the firm around one principle: audit first, architect once. We take on a focused number of engagements at a time. The same engineers who scope your system are the ones who build it and hand it over. No junior is assigned to do the work while a senior writes the proposal.
We are based in Pune, Maharashtra, work remote-first across India and beyond, and take on clients who need systems built to scale — not quickly, not cheaply, but correctly.
